IComenzamos este episodio a ritmo de ranchera con la agrupación “Mariachi Real de México” en la celebración del día de la Virgen de Guadalupe.

A continuación, en el Alto Manhattan nos recibe Rosalba Cruz, madre del cineasta cubano Jorge Fuentes a quien a su vez visitamos en la ciudad de La Habana, Cuba.

Y volvemos al corazón de Manhattan donde visitamos la sede de “Trabajadoras Domésticas Unidas”, organización que lucha por el establecimiento unas normas laborales justas para el sector.

Más tarde en Brooklyn, Carmen Boullosa entrevista a la cineasta venezolana Margot Benacerraf, referente por sus dos filmes: “Reverón” y “Araya”.

Después, en Queens, conoceremos el relato en primera persona de varios jóvenes latinos miembros de la comunidad de lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transexuales y no conformes de sexo.

Y finalizamos en el alto Manhattan donde Patricio Lerzundi entrevista al activista y asesor político de origen puertorriqueño, Luis Miranda, fundador del periódico bilingüe “Manhattan Times”.

We begin this episode to the rhythm of "Ranchera" with the group
“Mariachi Real de México” celebrating the day of the Virgin of Guadalupe.

Next, in the north of Manhattan we'll visit with Rosalba Cruz, mother of the Cuban filmmaker Jorge Fuentes, who we will then visit in Havana, Cuba.

We return to the heart of Manhattan, with the United Domestic Workers, an organization that fights to achieve fair working laws for this sector.

Later on, in Brooklyn, Carmen Boullosa interviews Venezuelan filmmaker Margot Benacerraf, famous for her two films, “Reverón” and “Araya”.

Afterwards in Queens, we will get to know several young Latin members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual and queer community, LGBTQ.
