Zarrilli, Senior Director of Climate Policy and Programs and Chief Resilience Officer New York City Office of the Mayor and Marxe School Assistant Professor, Bryan Jones, who contributed to the World Bank report and has done extensive research on the relationship between human population dynamics and environmental risk/hazards. The discussion will be moderated by Marxe Dean, David Birdsell.
