Newmark Knight Frank is one of the world’s prominent commercial real estate advisory firm. Newmark Knight Frank has transformed New York’s real estate, from SoHo and Tribeca to Times Square and the Flatiron District. On this episode, Mr. Gosin talks about his early jobs as busboy and waiter in the Catskills, his college education at Indiana University studying history, the strategies used in order to generate possible tenants, as well as his rise to becoming a real estate mogul. They also discuss his many relationships with large companies, specifically toy companies.
