The Metropolitan Council on Jewish Property is a New York- based non-profit social services organization created to help needy New Yorkers. Mr. Rapfogel discusses his religious influence on his life, his college education at Brooklyn College majoring in Journalism, the creation of a Jewish muckraking newspaper by him and his wife, the many revenue changes Mr. Rapfogel has implemented within the city, as well as his rise to becoming CEO of the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty.
