This edition: Judge Milton Mollen, (ret.), Herrick Feinstein, LP, Pt. 2 of 2

Episode Details

First aired: February 4, 2013.

In Part 2 of their conversation, Judge Milton Mollen and Michael Stoler conclude the story of Judge Mollen's escape, with the aid of other prisoners, during WWII. We're back home, in New York. Mr. Mollen is offered a position with the Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, an esteemed office. Thinking it would be interesting to work for the city for a few years, he accepts the offer. As Judge Mollen recalls, "little did I know that I would be in public service for the next 42 years."

Friend and colleague to Mayors Lindsey, Wagner, Dinkins, advisor to Bobby Kennedy, Judge Mollen has left an indelible mark on many areas affecting our lives - from the creation of the new agency, the Housing and Re-Development Board to the Mollen Commission to investigate and reform the NYPD.
