Jay Goldberg, founder and general partner of Hudson Ventures, was the founder of several software companies, acquired and developed others over 28 years as a technology entrepreneur. In the early years when computers were introduced to industry, Mr. Goldberg determined that IBM - in the 1960s - was the place to be. His strong commitment to philanthropy has earned him a place on numerous boards of trustees, particularly those in health care.
