Francois Morellet passed away last month. He was one of the most widely recognized and prolific artists of his generation.
Through his installation and sculpture work, he challenged the public to think of art as accessible and for everyone. Canapé revisits a 1998 interview with the artist when he visited New York.

As Straub once put it, “The work we have to do is to make films which radically eliminate art, so that there is no equivocation.” Canapé visits Miguel Abreu Gallery, to view an exhibition about their work.
