Rebell, executive director of the Campaign for Fiscal Equity. His non-profit organization of parents and school boards attempt to change the school aid formula in order to ensure the students of New York get far more assistance. The two men also discuss the recent decision of the New York State Supreme Court, which mandated the state legislature take action to revise the school aid formula because the state constitution had been violated.
