Bill Perkins, former Upper Westside and Central Harlem representative, has spent most his adult life in public service to New York City. Ronnie Eldridge elicits his personal story, how he became in her eyes, a good man without an elected office. Mr. Perkins discusses his views on New York City council term limits as well as state and local politics. His main concern is how well our current political priorities will help create opportunities that are good for both business and allow the average citizen to thrive. Will future works projects support both job growth and be good for our diverse communities? He shares his views on Harlem real estate, construction and the use of public funds for stadiums.
