Ronnie is joined by Doug Kellner, co-chair of the New York State Board of Elections. Mr. Kellner works relentlessly to make sure that all of our votes count. They discuss when New York will be changing its voting machines to an electronic format, as well as how the electoral college is created. Mr. Kellner also talks about the current identification policies for voting in New York State as they compare to other states throughout the country.
