On this special Style and Fashion edition of Independent Sources hosted by Abi Ishola, we focus in on the fashion industry. We talk to Muslim and Jewish designers about the growing modest fashion sector of the industry and how they’re trying to hone in on it. We profile Jodie Patterson, the co-founder of DooBop.com a website that provides hard to find cosmetics for women of color and white women with curly hair. Then we get some insight as to whether the fashion industry is doing a better job at diversifying its ranks.
