En este episodio empezamos en los auditorios de las Naciones Unidas en donde una comisión integrada por líderes indígenas, entre los cuales se destaca Rigoberta Menchú Tum, evalua los 10 Años de lucha indígena, como movimiento continental.  Después, Carmen Boullosa nos presenta a Hugo Chaparro, destacado crítico de cine y novelista Colombiano.  Patricio Lerzundi nos lleva a conocer al académico Robert Smith, quien ha dedicado su trabajo académico y social a la comunidad Mexicana en esta ciudad.  Y finalmente, vamos a escuchar las opiniones y canciones de Manu Chao, quien visitó algunos escenarios de Brooklyn y nos habla de su postura política y sus vivencias como artista de la escena.
