En este episodio empezamos conociendo la labor que hace la Fundación Icla da Silva en enlazar latinos que pueden salvar sus propias vidas.  Luego Carmen Boullosa recibe en su casa a Paul Berman, periodista y pensador norteamericano que se ha dedicado a cubrir noticias internacionales, con especial atención a América Latina.  Después vamos a conocer un proyecto que logró hacer un verdadero intercambio cultural por medio del teatro, así como una experiencia bilingüe entre sus participantes y espectadores, este es Buenos Aires in Translation. Y finalmente Patricio Lerzundi nos lleva a conocer la labor de apoyo comunitario y educativo que hace el Instituto del Bronx mediante su director ejecutivo Herminio Martínez.
