En este episodio empezamos en Brooklyn, en la casa de Carmen Boullosa donde nos presentará a la famosa escritora española Elvira Lindo, quien se ha destacado en la literatura infantil, y recientemente como columnista para el periódico El País.

Después vamos a Jackson Hights, Queens, donde encontramos un pedazo de Buenos Aires: La pequeña Argentina, punto de encuentro para aquellos que vinieron del cono sur y aún añoran su tierra. 

Desde  Jackson Hights Queens, vamos a Manhattan, donde Patricio Lerzundi conversará con Reginaldo Atanay, destacado periodista y líder dominicano que ha hecho una gran labor por sus compatriotas en la Ciudad de Nueva York. 

Y finalmente nos saltamos el charco Atlántico y nos vamos a la Casa de Cultura del Mundo en Berlin, a escuchar al mitico "Grupo Folklórico y Experimental Nuevayorquino”, quienes se reunieron despues de 30 años de no tocar ellos son una super banda que fue formada por grandes estrellas de la escena musical latina en los años 70.
 
In this episode we begin in Brooklyn at the home of Carmen Boullosa where we will meet renowned Spanish writer, Elvira Lindo who has carved a niche in children’s literature and more recently as a columnist in the newspaper, “El Pais.”  

Later we will go to Jackson Heights, Queens  where we will find a piece of Buenos Aires  “The Little Argentina,” a point of reference for those that came from the “Southern Cone” and yet still yearn for their land.  

From Jackson Heights Queens we proceed to Manhattan where  Patricio Lerzundi chats with Reginaldo Atanay, the well-known journalist and Dominican community leader who has undertaken a labor of love on behalf of his compatriots in New York City.  

Finally, we hop across the Atlantic Pond and go to the “House of World Cultures” in Berlin and enjoy the mythical Grupo Folklorico y Experimental Nuevayorquino, once again united after a 30-year of not playing together.
