En este episodio, empezamos en Midtown Manhattan, con un proyecto de intercambio cultural y artístico entre México y Nueva York llamado El Trueque de Palabras , organizado por el centro de dramaturgia: LARK Play Development Center.

Después  nos vamos al Norte: a ‘El Barrio’, donde Patrico Lerzundi nos lleva a conocer a Aurora Flores, destacada  Nuyorican con una  larga carrera en varios aspectos de la música y las relaciones públicas.

De ahí  vamos a Brooklyn con Carmen Boullosa quien entrevisa a Antonio Skármeta, un escritor chileno que ha tenido un gran impacto con su trabajo en Europa y los Estados Unidos.

Y finalmente nos vamos al East Harlem a conocer el proyecto bilingüe de gran impulso cultural y económico que el presidente del condado de Manhattan está organizando,  el proyecto: Go Green o Viva Verde.


Today, we begin in Midtown Manhattan, with a cultural and artistic exchange project between Mexico and New York, called "El Trueque de Palabras,” organized by the LARK Play Development Center.

Then we go north, to El Barrio, where Patricio Lerzundi takes us to meet Aurora Flores, outstanding Newyorican with a long career in music and public relations.

From there we go to Brooklyn, where Carmen Boullosa interviews Antonio Skármeta, a Chilean writer whose work has had a great impact in Europe and the U.S.

And, finally, we go to East Harlem, where we'll get to know the bilingual economic and cultural stimulus project organized by the Manhattan Borough President.  It's called “Project Go Green!”
