And we'll meet City College Psychology professor Bill Crain who founded the Safe Haven Farm Sanctuary - which rescues farm animals, and restores them to health in a safe home environment.
We'll speak with the Brooklyn College professor Jesse Goldstein and organizer of Occuprint - which collects, prints and distributes posters from the worldwide Occupy movement.
And Barry Mitchell takes us to a program at New York City College of Technology, where students are getting an opportunity to experience the "locavore" movement first hand.
