Playwright/lyricist Steven Sater discusses his new play “New York Animals” (with new songs Sater wrote with composer Burt Bacharach), directed by BEDLAM Artistic Director Eric Tucker, plus a performance by Jo Lampert with Debra Barsha on keyboard.

Next up, we look at “The First Noel,” a new holiday production at The Classical Theatre of Harlem. Guests Ty Jones, CTH's Artistic Director; Managing Director David Roberts; and Steve H. Broadnax, director of the musical at the Apollo Theater join Susan Haskins and guest co-host Nancy Giles of “CBS Sunday Morning” to discuss the show. Nia ­­­­­­­­Caesar, Nathaniel Stampley and other cast members from the show also perform two numbers from its score.
