Theater Talk pays tribute to the preeminent American playwright, Edward Albee with an episode that includes highlights from two of his interviews on the show, one from 2003, the other from 2007. In them, Albee, who died September 16, 2016, discussed his early days as an aspiring writer in Greenwich Village, his first writing success with The Zoo Story, and the ideas behind later works such as The American Dream, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, Three Tall Women and his sequel to The Zoo Story, Peter and Jerry, written over four decades after the original.
